Quotations
The quotation provided is for the labour and materials required for the specific project. Any additional works requested by the client will be subject to a separate quotation. Day rate: $550 AUD.
Materials
The cost of materials may be subject to change due to fluctuations in market prices or availability. In such cases, the client will be notified of any changes to the original quotation before any additional materials are purchased.
Labour costs
The labour costs outlined in the quotation are based on the scope of work and estimated time required to complete the project. Any unforeseen circumstances that may arise during the project may result in additional labour costs. In such cases, the client will be notified of any changes to the original quotation before any additional work is carried out.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the project and is payable by cash or bank transfer.
Liability
Steve carries public liability insurance to cover any damage caused during the project. However, the client is responsible for ensuring that any valuable or fragile items are removed from the work area prior to the commencement of work.
Cancellation
If the client wishes to cancel the project after the work has commenced, they will be liable for any costs incurred up to that point.
